The only solid requirement? You must be a BGSU student.

• problem-solving skills
• the ability to communicate clearly (you’ve got to spel gud n speek gud too)
• customer service skills
• computer connection experience
• troubleshooting experience
• knowledge of virus and spyware removal techniques
