Muddy Bears: Milk Chocolate Covered Gummi Bears

After having more than one brief but bewildered conversation about this product, I decided to post this atrocity. There is just something very, very wrong here. Josh and I would frequently see these at Family Video, close to the checkout counter. It sounds unappetizing to begin with, however packaging is the killer here. The gleeful bear featured on this product cannot contain its bubbling joy at being “dumped upon”. And that’s just what this cover reminds us of. Scat.

Any thoughts on this?

saw these yesterday for the first time before Dark Knight. We could not help making fun of the poor bear on the front for about 30 minutes. Is he enjoying being killed by chocolate being poured over his entire body , “finally! I can die!” ..or, do they line the bears up in some kind of execution line on a wall and say, “okay everyone. if youre near a friend, now’s a good time to say goodbye. Aaawwwright - hose ‘em down! “
